Open a text document, follow the link and download the printable file.
Unzip the archive using free programs such as WINRAR (.RAR), WINZIP (.ZIP).
After that you can start printing the model.

Nice and complete figure in 1:6 scale (?) – 5 stars for that and the easy transaction.
But: The parts are hollowed and openings are cut. One cut at the head slit up the thraot, so it will have to be filled before painting.
Downscaling may be troublesome if you wish to. Have not printed it yet but 50% seems to be still workable.
